Salisbury and on our way to the Isle of Wight...

Posted photos separately... we got a family photo at Stonehenge. Girls were a bit bored, but it really is kind of crazy. They rolled some of those stones there on wooden logs-- 150 miles!

We are getting the hang of the roundabouts!

We stopped at our hotel after Stonehenge, dropped stuff and went on a bus into Salisbury. The cathedral is huge-- there was a choir from New Jersey practicing for evensong, which was beautiful.

We sat on the grass a bit after, so beautiful-- everyone else read but I chatted with a woman from the Penguin Random House credit department, trying to explain that if I have 5 reps who sell me books, and another rep who helps me manage group sales, and I have 90 day terms, that all those things need to exist together. She was very nice, and decided, while my "exposure was high" since there was a check pending that was mailed on Tuesday, they will release the orders they are holding. I did mention that holding orders is really  a shooting-yourself-in-the-foot type of move.
